Clement, Irving

We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Irving Clement. He is a graduate of Gretna High School in Gretna, LA. He played Third Baseman, Shortstop and Outfielder in the minor leagues. In 1938, he played for the Texarkana Liners in the East Texas League. in 1940, he played for 3 teams. He played for the Durham Bulls which was a Brooklyn Dodgers affiliate, Troy Trojans and Lenoir Reds which were Cincinnati Reds affiliates. In 1946, he played for the Hammond Berries and Abbeville Athletics in the Evangeline League. In 1947, he played for the Kilgore Drillers in the Lone Star League. In 1948, Celment played for the Lufkin Foresters. In 1949, he played for the Thibodaux Giants in the Evangeline League and the Paris Panthers in the East Texas League. He got as high as B Level with the 1940 Durham Bulls.
