We are collecting all sports cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Jim Ello. He is a graduate of S.J. Peters High School in New Orleans, LA. He played for the 1947 Baton Rouge Red Sticks which was a minor league team for the St. Louis Browns. He also played in 1947 for the Carrollton Hornets and Griffin Pimientos in the Georgia-Alabama League. In 1948, he played for the Pimientos again as well as the Alexander City Millers. In 1949, he played for the Millers. He finished his career in 1950 playing in the Evangeline League for the Houma Indians. 1950 was the highest level he achieved at C Class.
