Lawson, Elwood

We are collecting all sports cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Elwood Lawson. He is a graduate of Jesuit High School in New Orleans, LA. He pitched in the minor leagues from 1940-1942 with the Waycross Bears and Savannah Indians. From 1944-1947, he pitched for various minor league teams in the Philadelphia Phillies, Washington Senators and Boston Red Sox organization. He played for the New Orleans Pelicans in 1946. He got as high as AAA level with the 1946 Louisville Colonels.
