We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and any photographs of James Ray. He is a graduate of L.B. Landry High School in New Orleans, LA. He was drafted by the Denver Nuggets in the 1st round (5th pick, 5th overall) of the 1980 NBA Draft. He played in the NBA from 1980-1983. He also played in Europe. In 1983–1984, he played for the Berloni Torino in Italy. He played in Spain for the 1985-86 Magia de Huesca. He ended his career playing in Turkey for the 1986–1987 Fenerbahçe. Ray played his college ball at Jacksonville State University. Ray was inducted into the Jacksonville State University Athletic Hall of Fame in 1993.
