We are collecting all sports cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Chito Martinez. He is a graduate of Brother Martin High School in New Orleans. He was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 6th round of the 1984 MLB June Amateur Draft from Brother Martin High School. He played Outfielder and First Baseman in the Royals minor leagues from 1984-1990. On November 16, 1990, he signed as a Free Agent with the Baltimore Orioles. In 1991, he played for the Orioles AAA affiliate and played in 67 games a the MLB level. He played in 1992 in 83 games for the Orioles. In 1993, he played in the Orioles minors as well as 8 games at the MLB level. On November 22, 1993, he was released by the Baltimore Orioles. He signed as a Free Agent with the Minnesota Twins on December 13, 1993 but ended up playing in the New York Yankees minor league system. He finished his career in 1995 playing in the Colorado Rockies minors.
