Romano, Mike

We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Mike Romano. He is a graduate of Chalmette High School in Chalmette, LA. He was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 3rd round of the 1993 amateur draft from Tulane University. He played in the Toronto Blue Jays minor league system from 1993-2000. He played in 3 games at the MLB level for the Blue Jays in 1999. He then played for the Minnesota Twins Salt Lake Buzz in 2000. From 2001-2002, he played for the Saltillo Saraperos in the Mexican League. From 2003-2004, he played for the Richmond Braves in the Atlanta Braves minor league system. From 2005-2006, he played for the Hiroshima Carp in the Japan. In 2007 he played in South Korea for SK Wyverns. 2008-2009, Romano played for Cardenales de Lara in Venezuela. Romano was inducted into the St. Bernard Parish Sports Hall of Fame in 2002.
