We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Ryan Schimpf. He is a graduate of St. Paul’s High School in Covington, LA. He was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 5th round of the 2009 MLB June Amateur Draft. He played 2nd base, 3rd base and outfielder in the Toronto Blue Jays minor league system until 2015. On November 6, 2015, he was granted Free Agency. On November 25, 2015, he signed as a Free Agent with the San Diego Padres. In 2016, he was called up to MLB by the Padres and made the MLB team for 2017. On December 12, 2017, Schimpf was traded by the San Diego Padres to the Tampa Bay Rays for Deion Tansel (minors). On March 5, 2018, Schimpf was traded by the Tampa Bay Rays to the Atlanta Braves for player to be named or cash. On March 31, 2018, Schimpf was traded by the Atlanta Braves to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for Carlos Perez. Schimpf played his college ball at Louisiana State University (LSU).
