We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and photographs of Gerald Williams. He is a graduate of East St. John High School. Drafted by the New York Yankees in the 14th round of the 1987 MLB June Amateur Draft from Grambling State University. He played in the Yankees minor league system from 1987-1993. He was called up to MLB in 1992 and played in 15 games for the Yankees. In 1993, he played in 42 games for the Yankees. From 1994-1996, he played for the Yankees. On August 23, 1996, he was traded by the New York Yankees with Bob Wickman to the Milwaukee Brewers for a player to be named later, Pat Listach and Graeme Lloyd. The Milwaukee Brewers sent Ricky Bones (August 29, 1996) to the New York Yankees to complete the trade. Pat Listach returned to original team on October 2, 1996. He played for the Brewers till December 11, 1997, when he was traded by the Milwaukee Brewers to the Atlanta Braves for Chad Fox. He played for the Braves till 1999. From 2000-2005, Williams played for the Tampa Bay Rays, New York Yankees again, Florida Marlins and New York Mets.
