We are collecting all sports cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Andy Sheets. He played his freshman year in college, 1990, at Tulane University. He was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 4th round of the 1992 amateur draft. He played Shortstop, Second Baseman and Third Baseman in the Seattle Mariners minors. He did play in 47 games at the MLB level in 1996 for the Mariners and 32 games in 1997. On November 18, 1997, when he was drafted by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays from the Seattle Mariners as the 24th pick in the 1997 expansion draft. He was then traded that same day by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays with Brian Boehringer to the San Diego Padres for John Flaherty. He played for the Padres until March 29, 1999, when he was traded by the San Diego Padres with Gus Kennedy (minors) to the Anaheim Angels for Keith Volkman (minors) and Phil Nevin. He played for the Angels until December 21, 1999, when he was granted Free Agency. On January 23, 2000, he signed as a Free Agent with the Boston Red Sox. He played for the Red Sox until October 13, 2000, when he was granted Free Agency. On November 15, 2000, he signed as a Free Agent with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He played for the Devil Rays till 2002. From 2003-2007, he played in the Japanese Central League for the Hiroshima Carp and Hanshin Tigers.
