We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Ron Kline in a New Orleans Pelicans uniform. Kline pitched for the Pelicans in 1951. Kline had a record of 1-3 with a 3.86 ERA. Kline pitched in 4 games and started all 4. Kline pitched 28 innings with 21 hits, 14 runs, 12 earned. He walked 17 batters. We do not have his strikeout records from the period. Kline did make it to MLB in 1952 with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Kline stayed at the MLB level from 1955-1970 with the Pittsburgh Pirates, St. Louis Cardinals, Los Angeles Angels, Detroit Tigers, Washington Senators, Minnesota Twins, San Francisco Giants, Boston Red Sox and Atlanta Braves.
