Temple, Collis Jr.

We are collecting all sports trading cards, memorabilia and any photographs of Collis Temple Jr. Temple is a graduate of Kentwood High School in Kentwood, LA. Temple was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the 6th round (4th pick, 94th overall) of the 1974 NBA Draft. Temple played forward in the ABA for the San Antonio Spurs from 1974-1975, Utah Stars from 1975-1976 and was on the preseason roster of the 1977-1978 Buffalo Braves. We could only find stats for the 1974-75 season with the Spurs. Temple averaged 1.8 points, 1.3 rebounds and 0.6 assists per game in his 24-game career with the San Antonio Spurs. In 1975, he played in the European Professional Basketball League for the Iberia Superstars. Temple played his college ball at Louisiana State University (LSU). Temple was inducted into the LSU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2017.
